What we set out to do and the future we are building toward
To empower vulnerable groups and strengthen their resilience by addressing inequality and injustices, enabling them to lead dignified lives and contribute meaningfully to Uganda’s sustainable development.
To build an equal, just, and prosperous Uganda where all people—especially women and girls, boys and men, youth, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), refugees, host communities, and smallholder farmers—enjoy their rights, access equal opportunities, and share in the benefits of sustainable growth and development.

We openly share information with communities, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring that decisions, resources, and results are visible and accountable to those we serve.

We hold ourselves responsible to local actors and beneficiaries, not just donors. Communities are part of monitoring and evaluation, ensuring that programmes deliver on promises.

We deliberately involve women, youth, PWDs, refugees, and smallholder farmers in decision making processes, recognising their voices as central to shaping interventions.
