Systems Change Canvas Workshop For Local Empowerment and Development of Refugees and Host Communities[LEAD] Project
The canvas workshop was a learning and brainstorming space for the local partners and Wood en
Daad in developing the key project indicators in terms of objectives, risks and opportunities, players
among others in the Refugee and Host Communities context. The LEAD-Uganda project is funded by
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands (MoFA-NL) and Implemented by
Woord en Daad (WD). The project’s primary goal is to significantly enhance the capacities and
resources available to local communities, particularly refugees and host communities. The project
adopts a holistic empowerment approach, focusing on sustainable capacity building of local partners,
providing livelihood and employment services, and fostering meaningful policy engagement.
